Team-building - I work excellent within the current team at Calon Tysul, ensuring i take into account my work colleagues around me and their feelings
General maintenance- i acknowledge the importance of supervision of the swimming pool, ensuring that it is properly manned at all times I ensure that i monitor both pH and chlorine levels along with ensuring high level of cleanliness throughout the centre I recognise the importance of making sure the plant room operates efficiently and according to the approved procedures
Strong communicator- i have well interpersonal skills that show the ability to use my own initiative and be innovative I enjoy making our customers happy but i also know that it is important to communicate with my team and management at all times to ensure a high quality service
Customer service- I have been trained well by the current staff to ensure that i deliver a very high standard of customer service, which will include reception duties, booking system, memberships and cash reconciliation I have recently been praised for helping out the elderly within the pool, this made me feel that i had made their experience at the centre a good one, and therefore increased retention of our customers I recognise that i will develop my customer service throughout my time at Calon Tysul
