Assisting with personal care, mobility and safety, vital signs monitoring and recording, nutrition assistance and patient support. Experience working with dementia, mental health, older adults and patients who live with learning disabilities. Commenced working in Rapid Response and have worked in various medical wards across the hospital. Working 12.5 hour shifts on a rota basis.

  • Responsible for creating and running the group fitness class program. I manage a team of approximately, 50 fitness instructors and 150 classes per week. I was responsible for Flora’s largest promotion as sponsor of the Flora London Marathon including staff entries (including overseas), sponsorship, charities and hospitality. Responsible for management of marketing budgets and financial forecasting. Managing pack artwork together with print management agencies across the brands. Managing the Flora Health Institute where health care professionals can obtain information and publications on health-related topics. The raising of barcodes for promotional activity via direct mail or in-store activity, an involvement in product launches and other marketing activities.
  • From 2002-2004 I was a Marketing Brand Assistant for ‘PG Tips’, ‘Scottish Blend’ and ‘Lipton Ice’. I worked on PG Tip’s 75th birthday promotion, was responsible for the management of promotional merchandise and responsible for the TV media archives.
  • From 1995-2004 I worked in the Product Development department as a Product Development Administrator. I was responsible for the day to day running of Unilever’s Product Development Innovation Centre, organising product tastings, consumer connection sessions, photography sessions and filming and acting as key support to the Development Director and his team of 50 strong Product Developers.
