- Responsible for the late-night venue, my responsibilities included keeping guests happy with upbeat DJ sets, reading the room and matching song choices accordingly.
- I would also carry out regular entertainment duties such as game show hosting, quizzes, and sports/deck games.
- Assisted with guest relations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Coordinated with the entertainment team to create and implement innovative and engaging programming.
- Organisational and led group excursions and shore activities in various ports of call.
- The role involves many different activities, including theme nights and choreography.
- Additionally, we work closely with Guinness World Records to host guest activities and competitions, culminating in a live finals show.
- Also responsible for poolside, deck and sports events, including trivia and gameshow presenting.
- Guest interaction is a huge element of the position, especially during the evenings, promoting and encouraging guests to participate in parties and events.
