Brooke Gooding

I am a friendly and approachable person with strong face-to-face communication skills and I'm confident talking to people, I'm eager to start a career in a customer service facing job. I'm skilled at building relationships with people and creating positive experiences, with an ability to remain patient and attentive in all interactions I may face. I passed GCSE French, which shows my ability to communicate in another language and a willingness to learn new skills. I'm motivated, adaptable, and ready to deliver excellent service in any customer-facing environment

In my free time, I enjoy socialising, which helps me build strong personal and networking skills. I am an avid reader, which constantly expands my knowledge and enhances my critical thinking. Additionally, I have a passion for cooking and baking, which allows me to express creativity, maintain attention to detail, and practice patience

I have successfully completed my core GCSEs, in addition to Sociology, French, Food Technology, and Geography. I am currently resitting Mathematics at College with an expected completion in November.
