Camelford,Cornwall

Summary

As an experienced Librarian & Admin Assistant I am hoping to challenge myself by working in a larger setting with a larger team.

Working my way up from my original post as Library & Information Assistant to running Camelford Library when I was TUPE transferred from Cornwall Council in 2018 I have been given the opportunity by the previous Town Clerk to broaden my experience in my role. This has included being entrusted to implement our late night opening community Wednesdays, have full consent from the Town Council to host activities & events that have helped increase footfall & alongside our partnership offers have seen our Borrower numbers grow especially since recovering from Covid lockdowns

I enjoy engaging with the community & working with people of all ages & abilities to ensure they get the most from the service we are offering.
