Full time senior stylist at Dare Inspirational Hairdressers in a self employed capacity, working directly with own clientele. Provided personalised consultations to understand preferences, offered expertise and performed diverse hair services to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Maintained a clean and organised work space, upholding a professional and inviting environment for clients. Managed all aspects of own workload, ordering stock, diary management and bookkeeping.

Full time senior stylist in a busy city centre salon on the shop floor as a fully qualified stylist since June 2015. Previous to becoming fully qualified, I completed SVQ Levels 2 & 3 in house. My day to day duties of a senior stylist included client consultations, hair washing and treatments, patch testing, all aspects of cutting and re-styling, all colour services including all over colours, highlights, balayage, glossing, toning, colour correction, tinting, blow drying, setting, curling, glamour blow drying and smoothing/straightening treatments. I have 12 years experience with the Schwarzkopf colour line and 1 year with the matrix colour line. My product knowledge covers all Schwarzkopf, Olaplex, Nioxin, Kebelo, Goldwell Kerasilk and Matrix products. Attended various online and in person courses and events locally and nationally. I also shared the role of reception, product sales, ordering stock, merchandising, looking after clients, social media and maintaining the shop floor. I was also heavily involved in training new staff members.

My role included dealing with the public, customer services desk, maintaining the shop floor, cashiering, stock control, answering telephone calls and working as a team player at all times.

During my time as a nail technician I would meet and greet clients at my home to carry out nail treatments.

Worked at my parents family run craft business whilst still at school. Duties included packaging orders, cutting out patterns and maintaining the office.
