- As a waiter, I took food orders and provided customers with information about meals, including ensuring that customers with food allergies were given accurate and complete information about the ingredients and dishes available. In the tea room, I served a variety of teas, coffees and cakes while providing attentive customer service.
- I took responsibility for opening and closing the pub, preparing everything correctly at the beginning and end of each day. This involved cleaning and mopping floors, washing glasses, restocking supplies, checking the bar area and changing empty beer barrels in the cellar. I took pride in making sure the pub was clean, organised and fully prepared for customers.
