• Manage day-to-day operation of HK/ Laundry / Recreation departments. Inspect areas of operations to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are maintained by the team at all times.
• Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and diplomatically as per the set standard procedure which meets and exceeds guest satisfaction and expectation.
• Communicate and coordinate with the supporting department to ensure all building maintenance and scheduled PPM are carried out effectively.
• Operate within departmental budgets through effective stock, cost controls, and managed schedules.
• Support departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures and constantly comply with local laws and Brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistently high-quality operating standards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry operations to ensure optimum guest experience and team member experience.
