Otherexperience

With the jobs that I have had over the years I am now able to say with confidence that I am reliable and an enthusiastic worker. Working with others adds knowledge and I also work without supervision. I am punctual, dependable and am used to working to tight deadlines and enjoy a challenge. My experience and education mean that I have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Self-motivation adds initiative which brings pride to my work. I have helped many friends with their NVQ work. I do not drive so used to ride my bicycle everywhere making me fit and healthy but that has changed due to another knee replacement. I did live on a boat and completed all the repairs myself, which have included electrical and plumbing repairs. I am registered disabled; I do suffer with epilepsy. I am under medication; the epilepsy is under control. I am a White female British Christian. I used to be a knowledgeable and enthusiastic qualified professional support worker. I have had many years of experience of working with adults and older people who suffer with various mental health conditions. I provided high quality patient care that is committed to NICE guidelines and the Essence of Care initiatives I was able to offer job Knowledge and offered service users and their families my compassion/trust and high standards of care. I feel I have had the experience to deliver on these vital areas due to the range of clinical experience including professional knowledge, skills and attitudes which I have gained over the self-developmental educational programs. I am a reliable and enthusiastic worker. I work with others and can be part of the team and I can work well without supervision. I am punctual and a dependable person. I have excellent time management skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. All these skills that I have mentioned above are required for the job advertised as well as organizational skills. My communications skills have improved greatly and I am now an active listener. I enjoy working with the public as a customer assistant as it has taught me to treat people gently and read their body language which helps when engaging with them. Some people need to cry and then sometimes have a good laugh depending on their nature. I have learnt many de-escalation techniques which has proved handy, depending on the scenario. I am well educated in medicines, and I look forward to this chance where my learning may actually be of use, and I can finally be of help to someone or groups of people.
