I have been trained in multiple roles, such as all helpdesk lines within the company, administering court paperwork including payouts, and training new employees in the roles we have. This role has given me the ability to interact with various individuals, to provide them with advice on court proceedings, ensuring they understand their claim completely. It has allowed me to gain confidence in learning new procedures often, and become organised in a high-demand and fast-paced environment.. I have expanded my time management and communication skills during my time in this role, ensuring I meet the expectations of my employers and fulfil my role in the business.

Additional Experience and Interests

i previously had my own hair business which I would operate outside of my current full time Job, this consisted of booking in clients, creating content to promote my craft and grow my clientele and providing excellent services ensuring my clients were more than satisfied with their results. I am in the process of rebranding the business to provide a wider range of services. This has allowed me to gain an understanding of having a high work ethic and respect for other business owners. This helped me grow a liking of interacting with new people and taking on constructive criticism. In my free time I offer makeup sessions as a creative outlet and previously had my own hair business which I am currently in the process of rebranding and expanding my services

I enjoy travelling to explore new places, meeting new people, and experiencing new cultures. I spend a lot of time outside of work developing a brand for myself and sourcing new business ideas to help my business grow.
