- Provide continuous process improvement and preventive and corrective actions to facilitate operational efficiency
- Work with production team members to help the team create and deliver high-quality, cutting-edge products
- Carry out routine checks and ensure good housekeeping and personal hygiene in drug production
- Sampling of semi-finished and finished products as per laid procedures
- Carry out performance verification of IPQA balances and calibrate IPQA equipment in store and production
- Carry out routine audits in production areas to ensure compliance
- Carry out online auditing of BMR to ensure compliance before product release
- Ensure online in-process physical parameter checks are done by IPQA and production as required
- Inspire and foster team commitment to deliver an exceptional level of organizational objectives and goals.
