Within this role, I have engaged in a variety of activities such as, pot washing, glass collecting, serving food to customers and preparation of meals. As a result, I have gained valuable skills that are often required in a workplace. These include: working well in a fast-paced, demanding environment, working in a team with effective communication as well as developing organisation and initiative.

In March 2023, I completed a week of work experience at Netherseal, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I have since returned voluntarily for enrichment as part of my current A-Level studies, and I have been asked back as an extra staff member on multiple occasions. This role has included assisting students with their work, helping other members of staff with classroom tasks, engaging in forest school with students and volunteering on school trips. This has provided me with the necessary knowledge required to work with children aged 4-11. I have also acquired a successful DBS check.
