•Responsible for managing and overseeing team relationships with individual customers to deliver a high level of Clienteling – utilising the store CRM excel tracking system to manage customer contact and end to end sales.
● Train and engage the store team to understand and deliver the expected level of Clienteling to generate sales.
● Create and manage customer contact plan throughout the year.
● Plan and deliver launch roadmaps with proactive contact with customers ahead of launch dates and secure sales across pre-order windows.
● Manage all B2B opportunities across the store, including customer contact, pipeline sales management, client facing reporting, work closely with Samsung finance to generate most competitive pricing.
