- Developed, implemented and supported the inspection engineer for site specific risk-based inspection methodologies, updated safety critical register on all pressure relief valves, which included spare parts identification, scheduling maintenance such as pre-inspection, pre-pop testing, disassembly and cleaning, inspection and overhaul, reassembly and bench testing.
- Developed and updated flange break management critical register to systematically isolate, track and reassemble bolted flange joints on all piping, by utilizing highly visible, colour-coded, and sequentially numbered multi-part tags, to indicate initial assessment and breaking, Inspection and reassembly, torquing and final verification of the assembled joint.
