I started my career as a labourer for this company straight from school and grew and learnt to operate machines including Rollers, Dumpers and excavators and how to maintain and look after them. I also went down the path of drainage and 278 works learning trench box work and sheet work how to build man holes and install new drainage lines. I then became a ganger of 3 men running jobs safely and efficiently and to a good time scale learning a lot along the way.
