My role is a Home delivery customer assistant picker. I accurately pick products in store to the highest of standards. I check product availability and quality, check date codes and pick the best substitutions available. Making sure all orders are done as quickly and efficiently as possible ready for dispatch.

If any customer is in need of assistance on my round i am always willing to help.

• Redirected and returned illegible mail.
• Labelled and distributed mail with high accuracy.
• Sorted 1000 + mail items daily, including parcels and envelopes.
• Loaded and unloaded 15 lorries daily, working efficiently in 4 person team.
• Consolidated all sorted mail in staging bay, improving efficiency of loading operations.
• Lifted over 15+ kgs, including mailbags, heavy parcels and wooden pallets
• Packed 100+ mail cages daily.
