HO / Supervisor/ Field Operations Manager

  • I started as Housing Officer and due to my keen nature to learn and develop, I was offered the role of site lead after just 3 months in this role. After 14 months I was then promoted again to supervisor, 4 months later I became a Field Operations Manager.
  • My job role as a Housing Officer required me to work on the frontline with families and young people. I would support with meeting their basic needs such as booking medical appointments and ensuring they are able access support within the local community. When required I would double shifts or sleep in shifts.
  • As a Housing Supervisor my role adapted slightly to managing Housing Officers and undertaking care and support for more families and adults.
  • My role as a Field Operations Manager I would undertake further management responsibilities while also supporting families and young people. I led team meetings, ensured clear communication amongst all members. Assisted in the recruitment process for hiring quality staff members.


  • Throughout my time in all of these roles I would ensure safeguarding protocols are followed, I would also promote a positive work environment and the wellbeing of any families/adults we would support.

  • I started at Land rover as A Warehouse Operative and quickly began to stand in as a team leader, due to my success being offered the position on a full-time basis.
  • Within this role I adopted a dynamic leadership style, ensuring my direct reports had all of the relevant skills and equipment to meet production and business targets.

Site Manager

  • Within this role I had sole responsibility for the entire site and staff team during the shift, as well as demonstrating excellent customer service, cash handling and key holder responsibilities.
  • After a 6-week period my skills were identified and I was promoted to Site Manager whereby I opened new sites, managed multiple sites and initiated improvement plans across the areas requiring development.
