I am a keen individual with a strong work ethic who has developed a versatile managerial skillset from my experience working at Aldi for the past 4 years. I entered the retail industry aged 16, starting out as a store assistant during the Covid 19 pandemic alongside my AS levels. Aldi offered me the chance to undertake the level 3 retail team leader qualification as an apprentice. At 17 I began the three year course as a trainee manager starting from the bottom upwards, now recently qualified achieving a distinction grade in August 2023.
