Led and supervised diving and EOD operations on mine counter-measure vessels and shore based units in the UK and Deployed in various locations worldwide. Highly experienced in TUP’S (Transfer Under Pressure) on Astute class submarines, including LILO (Lock In Lock Out) to Payload Bay systems in support of specialist diving operations. Served as No.2 EOD operator on land and sea. Responsible for maintenance and repair of diving and EOD equipment, UXO identification, placement of diver-placed charges on a variety of munitions.
