As well as this, I have participated in a 'Kaizen' event which is what Amazon describe as an event which intends to bring new ideas/ways of working that will bring long term benefits to company and its employees. The 'Kaizen' event I was part of helps to reduce the workload of employees on what Amazon call 'Indirect Roles.' So far, this work in progress project has brought many significant benefits to reduce the workload for those employees.
