
Experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT support and service desk operations. Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud administration. Skilled in laptop and PC builds, repairs, remote access, VPN setup, and network cabling including Cat5 and Cat6. Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills while ensuring SLA adherence through effective use of ticketing systems. My career goals would be to advance my IT skills, experience and knowledge.
I also passed my driving test in September 2022 and I have my own car and full clean driving licence.
