· Supporting and maintaining the Budget and Forecasting Process, including ensuring that volumes, prices, costings, overheads, and margins are accurate.

· Strategy discussions & advising on company performance with Project Managers and the Finance Director.

· Excellent IT skills by creating numerous financial models to aid understanding and “What If” scenarios.

· Understanding and limited working proficiency with Python

· Great Communication Skills with suppliers and customers

· Experience in running Payrolls and dealing with auto-enrolment and Pensions.

· Experience in communicating with HMRC.

· Maintaining Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger

· Bank Reconciliations

· Ability to work unsupervised and meet tight deadlines.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· High degree of IT literacy and the ability to embrace new technology.
