I'm a friendly, hard-working person who enjoys working with people and making a positive impact. I've gained experience as a waitress and events assistant, where I learned how to stay organised, work well in a team, and keep calm under pressure. I also enjoy giving back to the community — volunteering at Cleeve Lodge with elderly residents taught me patience and empathy, while helping at St Anne's Primary School organising sports tournaments and reading to the children helped me grow my confidence and leadership skills.
At school, I was Head of House, a role that involved working with a team to support students and deal with a diverse range of issues. This meant listening to different perspectives, coming up with fair solutions, and ensuring problems were resolved quickly and efficiently. It taught me how to communicate clearly, stay calm in challenging situations, and bring people together to achieve the best outcome. I'm motivated, adaptable, and always ready to get stuck in, willing to learn and make sure things run smoothly.
