Together with my life partner we built and ran a a small eco lodge in The Gambia,

I was responsible for leading in the Kitchen.

With a small team of staff we managed all aspects of 'the guest experience' including trips etc.

All aspects of social and health care in various residential and hospital settings.

I was part of the hospital's 'bank staff' and my duties varied.

I spent time in The Gambia working for myself and time in England .
