Hi, my name is Blake and I have completed a Level 1 and Level 2 Hospitality and Catering course.

I'm currently working as a Kitchen Assistant and looking to progress up to the next stage within the kitchen industry as a Commis chef/Breakfast chef Full-time. I have my own transport which is a 125 motorbike but I am currently learning to drive. I have had three years experience now as a kitchen Assistant as well as my years completing Hospitality and Catering at School and College.
