Recent BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy graduate (2:1) from Glasgow Caledonian University with clinical placement experience across musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, and acute stroke settings. Developed confidence independently delivering rehabilitation programmes during MSK placement, including exercise prescription, rehabilitation progression, patient education, and functional recovery for a varied caseload. Recognised for strong communication skills and the ability to build effective therapeutic rapport with patients, adapting communication styles to support engagement and rehabilitation outcomes. Strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and exercise-based rehabilitation, supported by a background in competitive sport, strength training, and ongoing professional development including a Level 4 Sports Massage qualification. Six years of experience as a lifeguard has further strengthened teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
