I lead the organisation's strategy arm, where we provide strategic thought partnership to the Family Health Team at the Nigeria Country Office and across the MNCNH Nigeria portfolio at the Gates Foundation.

• I led the design of the Family Health multi-year strategy and currently lead the strategy support team, providing coordinated support to the health MDAs.
• I also lead the design and management of the Gates Foundation's Family Health Data Insights Hub, which consolidates data across all implementing partners and supports coordination, performance management, and ecosystem alignment for Family Planning and Maternal, and Newborn Health programmes in Nigeria.
• My role has been pivotal to the design of the Foundations portfolio expansion for the integrated delivery of maternal and newborn interventions in Nigeria, allowing for new product introduction and coordinated support for partner onboarding into the broader MNCNH ecosystem in Nigeria.
• I lead the provision of techinical support for high-level convenings and partner cordination for the Family Health division of the Gates Foundation

• Supported GF-Funded Immunization project through innovative Edutainment strategies in five northern states.
• Achieved vaccination of over 90,000 children utilizing music, dance troops, and film shows.
• Vaccinated over 15,000 previously missed children through targeted evening film screenings.
• Provided oversight for the conduct of independent verification for more than 50% of PHCs across Kano and Kaduna States.

• Led South-East Zonal efforts on the SoRTLE project to enhance Routine Immunization uptake.
• Inaugurated Traditional and Religious Leader committees across all 17 southern states.
• Facilitated vaccination of over 200,000 children in target states.
• Resolved over 15,000 cases of caregiver non-compliance regarding immunization.
• Conducted research on public perception's impact on policy formation and climate action in Nigeria.

• Conducted market research to evaluate proposed business impact on client financials based on other markets.
• Analyzed financial data from sector companies to inform forecasting accuracy.
• Identified key assumptions, creating financial forecasts for go/no-go recommendations.
• Collected data to assess competing offers and identify attractive segments for customers.
• Developed executive summary slide synthesizing project findings and stakeholder management plan.
