Working in the kitchen and behind the counter at Burger King. Making food quickly and efficiently to meet fast deadlines and deliver to waiting customers. Timekeeping and fast thinking skills used to keep items in stock, ensuring all food was being prepared and synchronising with other team members to get food delivered as quickly as possible. Also ensuring cleanliness and hygiene are kept to a perfect standard.

2 weeks spent in an interior design firm, learning and practising techniques used by professionals in the industry. Communication, listening and cooperation skills used to organise and learn new technologies and get to experience a unique industry. Also spending two days on site at handovers to the clients. Organised the spaces and walked around with clientele to learn more about the industry.

Deliver a stock of leaflets for around 4-5 hours at a time around housing estates. Liaising with the owner and the other workers to plan the most efficient routes. Using communication, route planning and team working skills to produce the best results with the other workers. Maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude when speaking to any members of the public.

Volunteer in morning lessons for juniors at Oulton Hall golf club. Helped to set up drills and explain techniques to the younger students. Worked alongside two adult coaches to deliver a great experience for the children. Developed skills in helping and communicating with others.
