- I was working in a range of group sizes with people different languages which built up my communication skills. We had a clipboard with labels these had letters and numbers on which referred us to a specific section and flower which you had to go and find. Once you found the correct flower you would have to pick the ones of best quality and place them on a trailer. This taught me to work at a high quality and give 100% not only for important jobs but also for small ones.
- I also learnt how to operate a small tractor with a trailer and cargo. As well as I reversed the trailer into a precise area.

- Whilst doing this experience I learnt what it’s like to be on site and work in a building environment.
- The jobs I did consisted of making cement mixes, laying bricks, carrying barrows of different materials like sand and soil, getting anything the brick layer needed and cutting bricks to exact measurements.

- I maintained a tidy garage in a very rushed and intense environment which helped me work under pressure.
- I was assigned a car which has a number 1 mechanic who I assisted with getting tools and completing tasks he assigned me.
- I learnt many new skills like removing tyres, setting up and down the car, scrubbing tyres, and communicating with a range of different people from a variety of ranks in the industry.
