To work closely with the CEO to ensure a consistent approach to leading and managing staff and volunteers
To be responsible for line management of the team to provide performance management ,Supervision ,appraisals and to oversee their learning, development and training.

To develop professional relationships with staff, volunteers, service users, Trustees and management colleagues.

To ensure that human resource systems are regularly reviewed and are administered.

To be responsible for the delivery of Allsorts Youth Projects services in line with our values, mission, strategic plan, policies and procedures.
