Currently working voluntarily in order to get the required experience for my desired career I understand already that resilience and long-term thinking will help me. Being a cricket captain at a young age I have developed key skills in communication, problem solving and team working skills that were furthered when working in groups during assignments, working with different personalities together, as well as a range of ages in these experiences. I also believe this helped me better my leadership attribute. Having skills like being fluent in multiple languages as I moved countries at a young age which highlights my adaptability, not only bettered my communication but allows me to provide different perspectives in scenarios where the majority may not have been exposed to similar experiences as myself. I have had school projects in areas of selling as well as developing products which helped develop my skills in creativity and market research.
