Head of the newly created creative partnerships and branded entertainment team within ITV Commercial, BE Studio, overseeing a team of approximately 30 to co-ordinate and deliver @£130m annual revenue. Successfully launched a new brand to market and achieved growth in long-form, ad-funded programming in 2024 of 400%. Work closely with Commissioning, Production and Ad Sales functions.
Board member of Metavision, a Metaverse Creative Studio set up by ITV in 2019. Provide leadership, particularly relating to advertising, to the Metavision team.
Member of the ITV Commercial Leadership Team – responsible for all non-standard and creative forms of advertising including Sponsorship, Product Placement, Social Media, IP, Apps, Advertiser Funded Programming and new innovations such as the Metaverse.
Led the broadcast and digital partnership strategy for the ITV Commercial Team, including management of account and delivery teams and annual revenues of @£120m.
Developed a new sponsorship sales strategy leading to four consecutive years of revenue growth and achievement of annual targets.
Client & Agency Sales – ran a sales team of five managers across a portfolio of agencies and clients. Delivered partnerships revenue growth from all agencies and established new, long-term relationships with brands such as Sekonda and Domino's.
Managed a team through significant change following personnel changes and a new structure implemented by Boston Consulting Group. Personally led significant pitches and negotiations including the agreement of multi-million pound campaigns with brands such as Aviva, Reckitt Benckiser, Hyundai and Sony. Significantly increased revenues especially on sports rights.
Sales and account manager for sponsorship across MG OMD and OMD agencies and related clients. Sold and managed C4's most significant sponsorship opportunity in Big Brother for two years.
Learnt the basics of media, building business relationships and entrepreneurialism while working across most of the UK's big media agencies.
