• Testing on Automation Project (Quotation Creation, Midjoiner, midleaver, Servicing). Steps written in word file & gave the demo to users through Webex. So that it is easy for users to understand Automation Project.

• Checking blockage on production & if required to kill session ID then apply calllogs and send mail to DBA team.

• Data patch & execute script on production as per requirement.
