I developed a passion for cooking by learning from my parents at home in Nepal, which eventually led to a part-time job in the kitchen at Holy Cow. After two years of hands-on experience, I grew to enjoy the fast-paced kitchen environment and the teamwork it requires. I now hold Level 2 Health and Safety training, ensuring I contribute to a safe and efficient kitchen. I’m committed to mastering the full menu’s preparation techniques while consistently upholding high standards of quality and hygiene.
