2015 - 2020

Sales, Service & Delivery Recruiter

• Delivered volume placements into our core functions of SSD, focusing on sales advisors, technicians and delivery operations across EMEA
• Designed onsite assessment days that test technical skills and softer skills to assess whether the candidate is the right fit for the Tesla environment
• New market expansion, responsible for hiring into our new markets, collaborated closely with the new market project teams to develop a timeline for entry and ensured that our teams were hired prior to launch
• Extensive research in to new markets to ensure our salaries and packages were bench marked according to local conditions, and that we were compliant with local law and legislation

• Worked with the leadership team to define the recruitment strategy for future talent, looking at the attraction plan and developing different ways of assessing candidates to ensure we secured the best talent within specified timescales at the minimum cost
• Delivered the largest intake of trainees for Bentley in 20 years, securing 63 Apprentices, 50 Industrial Placements and 27 Graduates in 2015
• Planned and conducted assessment centres, arranging the logistics of 16 candidates and 8 assessors attending within a tight timescale
• Project managed the delivery of the accelerated ‘Bentayga' recruitment campaign where we recruited 102 people across all the different functions within 6 weeks.
