General duties as Cat Hotel Manager were to oversee the daily operations of our cat hotel. The leveraging a strong background in animal care, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team. The role involved managing staff, ensuring the well-being of our feline guests, and maintaining a welcoming environment for pet owners.


Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of cat caretakers and support staff. Foster a positive work environment and ensure staff are equipped to provide excellent care.


Cat Care: Oversee the health and well-being of all cats in the hotel. Ensure proper feeding, grooming, and enrichment activities are provided.


Customer Service: Engage with pet owners to provide information about our services, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships. Handle reservations and customer inquiries efficiently.


Facility Management: Ensure the hotel is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Oversee the setup and maintenance of cat accommodations and communal areas.


Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest check-ins, check-outs, health status, and special requirements. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and complies with local regulations.


Marketing and Promotions: Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote the hotel. Engage with social media and community events to raise awareness.


Problem Solving: Address any issues or emergencies that arise with cats or customers promptly and effectively.
