Summary

Passionate, approachable, and highly motivated professional transitioning from a successful nursing career into the fitness industry. With extensive experience in customer care, teamwork, communication, and working in fast-paced environments, I am excited to combine my professional skills with my lifelong passion for health, fitness, and sport.

As a former Staff Nurse, I have developed excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills, alongside a strong understanding of human anatomy, advanced first aid, and the positive impact exercise has on both physical and mental wellbeing. Throughout my nursing career, I have seen first-hand how movement and fitness can transform people's lives, inspiring me to pursue a career where I can encourage and support others in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Outside of work, I am a dedicated athlete with a long-standing involvement in sport since 2009. I have competed in HYROX, Endure24, Girl Games, powerlifting competitions, and achieved second place in a duathlon competition. I previously competed in ultra-distance races before injury and continue to challenge myself through fitness and sport. My experience as a crew member has also strengthened my customer service skills, including welcoming customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, upselling, and communicating confidently both face-to-face and over the telephone.

I am eager to bring my enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine passion for fitness to a front-of-house role, creating a welcoming environment where every member feels valued, supported, and motivated from the moment they walk through the door.
