  • As Client Liaison, my role was to discuss and identify the client's desires and provide tailored, professional guidance, including visual mood boards towards their project.
  • Furthermore, assessing project needs advising clients on practical issues such as weight or abrasion and recommending suitable solutions.
  • As head of the U.K., it was my duty to closely collaborate with high-performing procurement and design teams such as Harrods, Sophie Patterson, Ralph Lauren and Burberry, building a harmonious rapport and organising all their individual requirements to ensure expert service.
  • It was vital to have constant communication between customers, warehouse and procurement to keep track of all orders in the pipeline.

  • In June 2020, I did a Summer Internship in the Westminster/Buckingham Gate office.
  • Moving forward in September, I was given a full-time position in the Chelsea branch as a Residential Lettings Assistant.
  • In March 2021, Savills were expanding their Middle East team, so at 20 years old and during the pandemic, I took hold of the opportunity and spent six months in Dubai collaboratively working with Savills and a company called Allsopp and Allsopp, developing my skills with new environments, cultures and challenges. Dubai is evolving at a demandingly rapid rate - therefore crucial to remain vigilant on tasks and market movement to maintain customer contentment. In October 2021, I returned to Savills in Chelsea to be a Residential Negotiator.
  • Working for both vendors and tenants of prime properties naturally comes with highly demanding deadlines and expectations; With extreme turnaround times, It was essential to uphold excellent time management and organisation skills, to ensure all tasks were complete for a seamless move-in.
  • A large part of my role being customer based, whether that be in-person meetings, phone calls or conversing via emails, it was vital to be compassionate and approachable, while maintaining Savills reputable luxury standard of service.
  • I quickly learnt the database Radar and Salesforce.
