I am very passionate about the hospitality industry and it is always something I have worked in. My career break was due to having my daughter. I have very good knowledge regarding seafood and would love to expand this to becoming a professional chef. I am creative and hardworking, using intuitive but also following instructions. Working in an environment where I can learn and grow would be an amazing opportunity for me.
