Contract assisting the Health Sciences University MRI team on the Paramed 1.5 Open/Upright Scanner. Running lists independently with an HCA on occasions. MSK and Neuro patients predominantly with complex needs. Great enjoyment mentoring and educating the rotational years 1-3 Radiography students daily from the university on the importance of MRI safety, physics and scanning and how to manage patients under varying safety policies across rotational MRI placements in Bournemouth, Poole, Isle of Wight and the HSU MRI department.

Supporting the MRI team in Edgbaston on the Paramed 0.5T Open/Upright scanner. Running lists independently with an HCA and covering all MSK and Neuro patients with complex needs. Counselling skills qualification utilised when running the lists.

Expertly managing patients with complex psychological needs and continuous demonstration of developed communication skills to ease patients via Intermediate counselling skills qualification. Deputised for the unit manager on annual leave and navigated major technical equipment issues with relevant contacts/contractors with ease due to vast similar experience on mobile units. Responsible for vetting request cards and coordinating with radiologist appropriately on certain clinical indications. Running lists independently and coordinating with a pool of radiologists re vetting and appropriate protocols for patients. Checking and signing off reports of radiologists via 3D Biotronics pacs system. Created an online pdf flow chart for scanner breakdown processes for ease for new staff in department.

Core member of team of 6 radiographers on mobile division when Medneo set up in the UK in 2019 - now has over 100 radiographers. Current bank position held past 4.9 years at Medneo on their Mobile division with 1.5T Siemens Area scanners and at Medneo HQ in Fitzrovia London on their 3T Skyra mentoring more junior employees. Vast knowledge on policies and clinical governance. Requested by Medneo Operations Director to represent London HQ clinical assessment for CQC in 2022 and filter guidance to colleagues on mobile division for CQC assessment- rated outstanding. Vet all requests for Medneo HQ private patients

Worked across Newport, Taunton and Reading sites as a Senior Radiographer for Rutherford Health supporting the MRI departments with Oncology lists and NHS and private contracts on Philips 1.5 Ingenia magnets. Set up protocols according to new contractual requirements.
