Over the past few years, I have co developed businesses for B2B and B2C investment initiatives, gaining an international level of operations, with opportunities to match in a variety of sectors. These businesses were for sustainable developments, relief and charitable work through developing a circular internal financial economy, this was a mixture of profit-based income, generated through an SPV which would then feed into not-for-profit work to help disadvantaged or displaced individuals and families in severe poverty. The reason we operated this way was not to become a large corporate entity, more to play a part in delivering goodness unto others and making small, concentrated and effective changes to projects that were important to us.
The sectors stated in this CV lead me to generating £7.2 Billion in annual revenue, developing concepts and initiatives, implementing project management techniques, sourcing contractors and funding partners. My efforts lead me to securing positions and obtaining an account of £434 Million for offshore high net worth individuals to fund external investment opportunities, and separately, securing financial backing of £36 billion in proven project finance, with full support of European Government personal. I also have a large portfolio of work obtained for proof of my collaborative efforts to showcase upon request, alongside proof of persons and contracts. I did not rely on external sources to obtain work or establish my position within these domains, all opportunities were grown organically and cemented my capabilities independently.
In my role as a Holiday Park Manager, I held comprehensive oversight of all operational aspects, managing a small maintenance team across a 20-acre estate and coordinating contractual work on two additional parks when necessary. My responsibilities included managing the expansion of plots, implemented and executed landscaping methods and techniques for the site. I maintained a strict adherence to health and safety protocols, utilizing a CRM system for data logging and record-keeping, handling material and accommodation stock orders, whilst also processing payments for site fees and holiday home sales. I played a pivotal role in structuring weekly business performance reports and provided regular updates to head office. Another aspect of my role was ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and facilitating informed decisions for prospective accommodation buyers at Stanley Holiday Centre.
