3) 1st & 2nd Fixed high end, high spec bathroom fixings in domestic units.

4) Installed HIUs primary and secondary pipework in domestic units.

5) Installed Heating, Chilled & condense pipework to fan coil Units inside commercial units.

6) Measured,Cut and Installed Bracketry for the commercial gas boilers and Chiller units in the Plant room.

7) Installed Boosted Cold-water services from the tank room in sub basement to feed carious domestic units on various floors. Brazed the pipes for jointing.

8) Pressure tested the above mentioned installations using air first then water.

1) Installed bracketry and clips to support pipework to Air Handling Units. Prefabricated and Installed LCS barell pipework to the AHUs. I used Victaulic jointing method.

2) Installed bracketry and clips to support pipework to a network of cast iron SVP and RW pipework in the underground car park. Enzym couplings were used for the jointing method.

3) Installed service and control Valves on the system to enable remote operation of the system via the Building Management System(BMS).

• Central St. Giles/Renzo Piano for Bovis & Wates Construction.

1) First fix installed HDPE soil Vent pipework on various floor for the units.

2) First fix installed heating,hot and cold water services from the corridors into the units in copper.

3) Pressured tested the work,repared leaks and had it witnessed by client`s representative.

• Kidbrooke Estate (PHASE ONE)for Berkley Homes.

1)Prefabed and installed various diameter Low Carbon Steel(LCS) pipes using various jointing techniques such as welding, Victaulic jointing and threaded joints within the energy centre/plant room to connect to various equipment such as Combined Heat and Power plant (CHP),Buffer Vessels, Modular Gas boilers,dosing pots. etc.

• Quebec Quarters for London & Quandrant Construction.

1) Prefabricated,brackets,clips for cold water riser and manifolds for water meters for various floors and riser cupboards.

2) Brazed the 4inch (BCWS) boosted cold water services from the cold water storage tank room for various risers.

3) Did an Air and Water pressure test to the installation for leaks and clients` certificates.

• Varsity-Pulse-Rhythm,Colindale for FAIRVIEW HOMES.

1)Worked on domestic units on first and second fixing of Bathrooms,Kitchen, Heatind and cold water services to blocks.

2) Installed SVP pipework in HDPE and terrain glued pipework.
