I finished my studies of catering & hospitality many years ago, but it was only recently that I finally got the opportunity to work in one of the busiest restaurants in London and start my bartending career.
This experience was truly inspiring, it gave me the opportunity to better myself as a person and most importantly it helped me develop skills that I didn't know I could have.
I'm a very hard working person, who's always on the front lines to help out in the time of need. I'm always on time, making it my top priority, and with that comes a strong mindset in always wanting to progress and better myself in anything I do.
l've now spent a year working behind the bar and I feel like l've taken everything that I could. It's now time for me to move onto the next adventure and use the skills that l've so hardly learned working in a fast paced environment to better my skills as a bartender and expand my cocktail knowledge.
