Task oriented, diligent and ambitious professional with a wealth of experience in Events & Security, staff supervision, crowd management and customer service (events based and otherwise). Over the last 5 years I have developed a comprehensive knowledge of these industries, applying my skills and passions to contribute to the field.
My role at WMC involves Operating Building management system winmag, Crowd Control, Fire Marshall duties, Key-Holding, Routine alarm testing, Site patrols, Consistent and astute IT administration (Incident reporting, daily logs etc), Emergency service liaising and monitoring CCTV. As well as this, I regularly support other venue departments like FOH in operations of shows and events.
My role here included ticket checking, customer service, occasional staff supervision in the venue’s pods (GA entrances) as well as general assistance during ingress and egress, Live Access operation (aiding customers with accessibility needs and seating), as well as setting up FOH areas and hospitality in preparation for shows and events.
Alongside my FOH role at the CUA, I worked on a casual basis as a box office assistant, providing me with all manner of experience in Ticket sales, phone-line operating, liaising with Event managers and Productions about venue seating and logistics, and general customer service.
