Whitley Bay Salvation Army, Whitley Bay, 2024, Present, I volunteered at the Salvation Army in Whitley bay on some Wednesdays in 2024 and it has given me experience into how shops are ran and how to deliver satisfactory customer service to customers. From my time volunteering I gained experience with assisting and coordinating with colleagues to ensure that tasks were completed to a high standard & that the shop was kept neat and tidy.
