As a Football Content Assistant at Betfred, I am responsible for creating and managing football betting content across both online platforms and in-shop displays, ensuring accurate and engaging markets for staff and millions of customers. My role involves building football specials and coupons, setting and updating prices across top domestic and international leagues, and ensuring betting markets remain competitive, customer-focused, and data-driven. • As a Sales Advisor at Countrywide, I was responsible for booking and selling property surveys to customers who had recently purchased homes. This role strengthened my ability to communicate clearly and professionally, as I worked directly with clients to explain services and guide them through the process. It also allowed me to greatly improve my IT knowledge, as I regularly used booking systems, CRM tools, and other software to manage appointments and customer data.
