I have worked in a field where listening and understanding customer needs are vital to find the correct solution.
This has led to me developing strong communication and customer service skills, and has allowed me to experience having to do multiple tasks and handle challenging situations.
Dedicated to ensuring customers have the best experience possible, and always happy to have a conversation with them, and put smiles on their face.
Responsible for maintaining the leisure centre, including ensuring the centre is clean and presentable for customers and lifeguarding the pool, whilst communicating regularly with customers.
In this week-long work experience, I looked at customer intent, as well as market research and public speaking through delivering a presentation.
I worked here briefly as cover, but I used a booking system, spoke to customers both in person and on the phone, and used problem solving skills to find the best solution for them.
