Beniamin Florin Pojar

I am a biology graduate looking for work experience in any clinical or laboratory oriented job. At the moment I lack the experience needed for a more advanced role but I trust that my familiarity with the field and my background as a care worker has plenty of skills to transfer into my new workplace as well as my ability to learn rapidly. As a care worker I always make sure to bring my best self into my everyday routine to aid and relief residents with respect centred attitude, patience and kindness to provide for the personal care they need. My day to day also includes plenty of interactions with other members of staff therefore communication skills, reporting and teamwork are at the core of what I do. With an mindset of humility and hard work I try to ensure everything I do is to the best of my ability, cultivating trust and growing healthy relationships, adhering to safety protocols and listening to feedback to provide a stable and functional workplace.
