• This Rotation involved providing operational support to various customer contracts through new project implementation or support.
• Spent 4 months Building process flows for goods, to improve customer KPI'S
• Built stakeholder maps for customer contracts to identify skills gaps within the team and reworked and documented the respective standard operating procedures.
• 6 months providing project support on the closure of DHL's main Dublin site.
• Coordinated team meetings between various departments from finance to HR.
• Supported project managers and teams in project planning, execution, and monitoring through the utilisation of a RAID log.

Business Development Rotation

• Supported pipe line generation for tech and life sciences and healthcare customers.
• Established and maintained relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
• Proactively researched and identified potential market segments, industries, or clients for business expansion.
• Analysed market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs and win new business.
• Represented DHL at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the new high value strategy and generate leads.

• Consultancy with an SME which specialises in change management through Organisational Excellence (OE), Transformational Change (TC), and Learning Innovation (LI).
• The OE placement involved teaching sessions with senior consultants detailing their roles and conducting case studies for Sysdoc’s clients. The TC placement taught Sysdoc’s methodology, applied it to case studies, and then presented it to senior consultants. During the LI placement, a project plan for an ERP learning repository was created.
• Provided crucial PMO support for resource standardisation on the internal intranet
• Mapped out internal processes to assist the building of a new internal folder structure.
• Created business proposal presentations for each of Sysdocs capability within the organisation by reading through spreadsheets detailing the capabilities, and case studies of previous clients’ problem statements, solutions, and impacts.

• Organized evening events and activities as an assistant representative, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
• Liaised with Ecole du Ski instructors to schedule lesson times and facilitate seamless communication.
• Managed transportation logistics by arranging airport pickups and drop-offs for school groups.
