Wain estates are a strategic land promoter operating across the country. They specailise in creating value for our landowner partners by promoting their land through the complex planning system to achieve residential or commercial planning consent. During my work experience I spent valuable time with the land team, special projects & property team, planning and project management team and the finance team. This experience provided me with a foundation of knowledge on land promotion and motivated me to try and become a qualified surveyor.

Dedicated team member with experience at Marks & Spencer, where I efficiently stocked shelves, managed the till, and ensured the timely unloading of lorries at 5 AM. • Last year I held a position at Northern Trust Company Limited, a prominent industrial and

division.

• During my time at Northern Trust, I gained valuable experience in real estate investment, focusing on properties acquired with the objective of generating returns through rental income, future property resale, or a combination of both.
• As part of my responsibilities, I successfully engaged in selling units to clients, which involved extensive travel across the country to meet with potential buyers. This experience greatly enhanced my interpersonal skills as I consistently interacted with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Notably, I secured a significant contract with Screwfix, amounting to £300,000 over a three-year lease

for a 10,000 sqf unit , during my tenure at Northern Trust.

• During my tenure at J W Lees, I acquired valuable skills in effectively managing a managed house. I

obtained various qualifications, including a Cellar Management License, Bar Management License,

Fire Marshal Executive Training, and Food Management Safety Level 3, which have made me fully

qualified in these areas.

• Working in esteemed establishments such as the Boathouse and the Gloshawk, and learning from experienced businessmen like Neil Gorman, I gained extensive knowledge on successfully running a prosperous business.

• Throughout my time at J W Lees, I consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and was recognized as Employee of the Month multiple times. Additionally, I received a bonus for achieving a 10% increase in profit during my tenure.

Although I was offered a permanent position in the sales team at the brewery, I respectfully declined

the offer.
